DLM Property Management Group facilitates connections between property owners and service providers. We are not a party to any agreements between property owners and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers.

Certain services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DLM Property Management Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DLM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DLM Property Management Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
