Community Manager
About the Role
DLM Property Group is building a smarter, more efficient way for homeowners to get things done at great prices without sacrificing quality. We are hiring Community Managers to oversee and operate assigned residential communities.
As a Community Manager, you are the go-to person for everything homes in your community need—from lawn care and repairs to pressure cleaning and ongoing property services. You oversee provider relationships, pricing negotiations, service quality, and overall community success using our in-house tools and systems.
This is a leadership role, not a call-center job. You are responsible for outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners within your assigned community
- Recruit, vet, and manage local service providers
- Negotiate pricing using our in-house negotiation and pricing tools
- Ensure all work meets quality standards before approval
- Coordinate services, schedules, and follow-ups
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Oversee day-to-day operations and community performance
- Build long-term trust between homeowners and service providers
- Ensure the community operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Comfortable negotiating pricing and managing vendors
- Strong communicator with homeowners and businesses
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Able to manage multiple moving parts without constant supervision
- Comfortable using software tools, dashboards, and messaging platforms
Experience in property management, operations, vendor management, construction coordination, HOA work, or service-based businesses is a strong plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25 per hour
- Approximately $50,000 per year
- Full-time, stable role
- 100% remote, work from home
- Long-term growth opportunities as we expand into new communities

If you like ownership, responsibility, and being the person who makes things work, this role is for you.
