DLM Property Management Group traces its roots back to 2008, when the organization operated under a different name serving homeowners across Florida. Since then, more than 30,000 homeowners have been supported, generating over $75 million in cost savings.
During the 2008 recession, the organization provided free lawn care services to affected properties to prevent homes from appearing abandoned and to help stabilize neighborhoods.
Following new ownership, the platform was modernized and expanded into DLM Property Management Group, preserving its mission while introducing scalable technology and nationwide growth.
