We are partnering with reputable local businesses to provide reliable services to property owners and community associations. We are currently seeking service partners in the following categories:

  • Handyman and general home repair
  • Painting and exterior improvements
  • Roofing and gutter cleaning

How the service partner program works

Our goal is to simplify how property owners and managers find and book trusted local service providers. Once we have enough approved partners in each category and area, we will begin connecting property owners with your business through our management platform.

1. Apply to become a Service Partner.
Submit your business information, service areas, and service categories. Our team will review each partner for quality, reliability, licensing, and fit with our property management needs.
2. Service partner profiles are created for selected businesses.
Approved partners receive a dedicated profile within our property management platform, so property owners and managers know who has been selected to serve their properties.
3. Properties are connected and booking opens.
When partner spots are filled for a given service area, we will notify property owners and managers through our platform, email, and direct communication so that service requests can begin flowing to your business.

Dedicated property management support

Each participating property is supported by our property management team throughout the partnership. The management team helps property owners understand available services, coordinates bulk or group projects, and assists with communication between property owners and your business.

Property owner questions and service requests are routed to the appropriate service partners.
Group projects can be organized so that partners can complete several jobs in the same area or community in a single visit, improving efficiency.
Properties receive reminders and updates about seasonal services and preferred partners available through the management platform.

Program cost and what is included

There is an enrollment cost for partners who are selected to participate in the service partner program. This cost helps cover expenses associated with partner onboarding, profile management, and property outreach.

$120 partner enrollment fee
Per approved business for the service partner program

The $120 fee covers:

  • Notifying property owners when new partners are selected for their area, using email, platform notifications, and direct communication.
  • Creating and maintaining a service partner profile for each selected business, including service categories, coverage areas, licensing information, and contact details.
  • Platform access for service booking, so that property owners and managers can request work directly through our management system.
  • Ongoing coordination and communication support between property owners and service partners.

Our goal is that each partner receives meaningful opportunities, so that the enrollment cost pays for itself through new work from property owners and community associations.
