This is not a one-time bounty. Every year your business renews their membership, you are paid your commission again. Build a book of 200 businesses and it pays you every year they stay.
Your commission is released the same day the business pays, not on a 30 or 60 day cycle. Once Stripe has your details, the transfer is automatic and you do not have to ask for it.

Yes. Every year that business renews their membership, you are paid your commission again. That is the point of the program. Some arrangements are capped or set to first year only, and if yours is, it is shown on your own page and we tell you before you start.
Nothing is taken back from you. We do not refund memberships, so a commission that has been paid to you stays paid. If a business you referred decides not to renew, you simply stop earning on them from that year forward, and you keep everything you were paid for the years they were a member.
No. Businesses and residents already on the platform get a link automatically, but the program is open to anyone. Apply on this page and we will review it. Property managers, agents and people working in the trades tend to be approved quickly because they already know the businesses worth referring.
You are an independent partner, not an employee. Stripe collects your tax details during setup and issues the appropriate year-end forms based on what you were paid. We do not withhold anything, so set aside what you owe.
This replaced it. The ambassador page offered a flat cash amount per referral and had no way to actually pay you. This program pays a percentage instead, pays it through Stripe automatically, and pays it again every year the business renews, which is worth more over time than a one-time amount. If you referred anyone under the old program, contact us and we will sort it out.
